Hey friends! I’m excited to report that my shoulder replacement went well and I am recovering wonderfully. I had my 3-month post-op appointment and the surgeon released me from his care. I will continue therapy for another month to add strength. I’m told that this is the best shoulder replacement they have seen. I nearly have a complete range of motion!
Continue to pray for my Soft Hugs illustrator who had a severe flair. She still is confident that she can get the illustrations completed by the deadline. I am so thankful for her because she is so committed to the project and has done her research.
And now for some SOFT HUGS for you. (Little gifts to lift your spirits.)

Do you have a good limerick for me?

G - Gift Guide for the Holidays
“Spoonies” is a term that was created to refer to chronic illness patients. “Spoons” refers to how much energy the patient has from day-to-day.
Statistics report that 5 of 100 women have fibromyalgia. So It is likely, you know a couple of people with fibro.
If you want some great ideas for gifts for the spoonie, a friend and fellow spoonie has created this wonderful gift guide of ideas. Heads up that many of the links are affiliate links and you will be supporting her write journey.
S - Song
A while back I started doing a Facebook live of whatever song I had chosen for the Hymn Challenge on Sundays. I hope to get back to this at some point but right now I don’t have a quiet place to do it. Anyway, Here is one from the past.
